Helpful Appointment Tips
Although we work to make everything as easy as possible for our clients, there are a few things you can do to help the process along. Prior to your appointment, please ensure the safety of your belongings, your pets and our technicians, by:
- Cleaning out your ashbox if need be.
- Securing your pet in another area of the home.
- Removing any belongings within 6 feet of the appliance being serviced.
- Discontinuing appliance use the day before your appointment.
It’s also best to try and schedule any annual maintenance between the months of March and August. During those months, we tend to have fewer emergency calls and much more scheduling flexibility.
